Common questions

What CV formats does Lucuma support?

Lucuma works best with PDFs, which is the standard for professional CVs. It can also handle Word documents (.docx). If a CV does not contain sufficient data to screen accurately, no employer names, job titles or career timeline, it is flagged for manual review rather than scored on incomplete information.

How many CVs can I screen at once?

Free trial: up to 20 per run. Solo: up to 150 per run. Agency and Enterprise: unlimited, you can upload 500+ CVs in a single batch. CVs are processed with a live progress bar so you can see results appearing in real time.

Is Lucuma only for oil and gas?

The AI engine works for any sector. The default keyword packs and company recognition are optimised for energy, oil & gas, offshore, engineering and mining. Enterprise clients can request bespoke keyword packs for any sector including logistics, insurance, finance and technology.

How does white labelling work?

On Agency and Enterprise plans you replace all Lucuma branding with your own, upload your logo, set your company name and tagline, choose accent colours. Changes apply instantly across the entire app including PDF and CSV exports. Enterprise clients can deploy on their own domain.

Is candidate data stored? What about GDPR?

CV data is processed to generate your results and is not stored on our servers after your session ends. Agency and Enterprise plans include a full GDPR Data Processing Agreement. All data is processed within the EU. We do not use candidate data to train AI models.

Can I integrate with my ATS?

Loxo ATS integration is included on Agency and Enterprise plans, allowing you to pull candidate CVs directly into Lucuma. Additional ATS integrations are on our roadmap, contact us to discuss your specific system.

What happens after the free trial?

After 14 days your account moves to a read-only view, you can see previous results but cannot run new screenings. No charge is made. To continue, pick a plan and add a payment method. Your results, pipeline notes and settings are all preserved.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from your account settings, you keep access until the end of your paid period. Annual plans can be cancelled within 14 days for a full refund. No phone calls required.
