Generic screening tools were built for high-volume generalist hiring. They rely on keywords and job title matching. They have no idea what a drilling engineer at Halliburton actually means, or whether someone with "subsea experience" at Technip is a good match for an upstream completions role.
Lucuma was built to fix that. It uses AI that genuinely understands the energy sector, the companies, the disciplines, the certifications and the career patterns, and applies that understanding to screen CVs at speed, with accuracy, without hallucination.
